How long does it take to process an order?
Production takes 3–7 business days after you approve the design, plus 5–7 business days for shipping depending on your location. We currently ship across India.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum — order from just 1 piece, and mix sizes freely in a single order. Volume discounts apply as quantity increases.
How does custom logo printing work?
Place your order and email your logo to contactus@printello.in — or order text-only and our team designs it for you. We send a digital proof and only print after your approval. We offer screen printing, DTF, and embroidery.
What are your sizing options?
Available in XS to 5XL. Check the size guide on the product page for exact measurements. You can mix different sizes within one order.
Do you offer bulk & corporate orders with GST invoice?
Yes — we handle bulk orders for teams, businesses, colleges, and events with volume pricing and a GST invoice. Email your requirement for a quote within 24 hours. Bulk orders require full upfront payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards, and net banking. Bulk orders are paid fully upfront before production begins.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included on standard orders. For bulk orders it's charged separately based on quantity, weight, and destination — confirmed in your quote before you pay.
What is your return policy?
Custom-printed items can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind or wrong size chosen. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll reprint or refund.
