At Printello, every order is custom-made and printed to order, so it goes through production before it ships. Please read the timelines below.
Order processing & production
All orders begin production after your design proof is approved. Typical production time is 3–7 business days, depending on order quantity and customization. Bulk orders may take longer; we will confirm the timeline in your quote.
Shipping time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. We currently ship across India.
Shipping charges
- Standard orders: shipping is included on the order, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Bulk orders: shipping is charged separately based on quantity, weight, and delivery location, and is confirmed in your quote before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email so you can follow your shipment.
Delivery address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipping due to a wrong address may incur additional charges.
Possible delays
Delivery may occasionally take longer due to festivals or public holidays, high order volumes or bulk orders, or courier service disruptions and events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in such cases.
