Welcome to Printello. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of printello.in and any purchase you make from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Printello is operated by VJY Ventures India Private Limited, 63/2, Shop No. 2, Sant Krupa Building, Kate Wasti Road, Pimple Saudagar, Pimpri Chinchwad – 411027, India (GSTIN: 27AAKCV2286J1ZS).
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order.
2. Products and custom orders
Our products are made to order and customised with the design, logo, text, colours, and sizes you select. Product images and colours are for illustration; slight variation in colour and a tolerance of up to ±1 inch in garment measurements is normal. We share a digital design proof for your approval before printing, and production begins only after you approve it.
3. Pricing, taxes, and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged as applicable under Indian law.
- We accept UPI, cards, and net banking. Bulk orders require full upfront payment before production begins.
- Prices and offers may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where the product is unavailable, the artwork violates Section 6, payment cannot be verified, or there is a suspected error or fraud.
5. Intellectual property — your artwork
By submitting any logo, design, text, or artwork, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and licences to use and reproduce it, and that it does not infringe any third party’s trademark, copyright, or other rights. You agree to indemnify Printello against any claim arising from the content you submit. You retain ownership of your artwork; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce your order.
6. Prohibited content
You may not submit artwork or requests that are unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that promote violence or illegal activity. We may refuse any order that violates this clause.
7. Website content
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding customer-submitted artwork) — is the property of Printello and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.
8. Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds, and cancellations by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms. As custom items are made to order, they are generally non-returnable except where defective or incorrect on our part.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, apply only while active, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to past orders. We may modify or withdraw any offer at any time.
10. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You may also check out as a guest without creating an account.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printello’s total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including courier disruptions, natural events, or public holidays).
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pimpri Chinchwad, India.
13. Grievance redressal
For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer Vinay at contactus@printello.in / 9503085155. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies.
