How a custom order works
- Choose your product & quantity. Pick your style, colour(s), and sizes, and enter how many of each size you need.
- Place your order / request a quote. For standard quantities you can order directly on the site. For large or complex orders, request a quote and we'll confirm pricing.
- Send your logo or design. Email your artwork to contactus@printello.in. No logo? Share your text or idea and our team will create a design for you.
- We share a design proof for approval. Before anything is printed, we send you a digital mockup. Production starts only after you approve it.
- Production. Once approved, your order goes into printing and finishing. Typical production time is 3–7 business days, depending on quantity and customization.
- Dispatch & tracking. We ship your order and share a tracking link by WhatsApp and email. Shipping charges for bulk orders are extra and depend on quantity and destination.
Logo & design
How do I send my logo or artwork?
Email it to contactus@printello.in with your order number. For the best print quality, send a high-resolution PNG (transparent background) or a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG).
I don't have a logo — can you still help?
Yes. Just tell us the text and any ideas you have, and our design team will create a custom design and share it for your approval. This is free for orders of 20 pieces or more; for smaller quantities, a small design fee applies.
Will I see the design before it's printed?
Always. We send a digital proof/mockup after your order is confirmed, and we only begin printing once you approve it.
What printing methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, DTF, and embroidery depending on the design, fabric, and quantity. We'll recommend the best method for your artwork.
Where can the logo be placed?
Common placements include left chest, centre chest, full front, back, and sleeves. Let us know your preferred position and we'll show it on the proof.
Can I print different designs on different pieces in one order?
Yes. Please note that bulk/volume pricing is calculated per design — each design's quantity is counted separately toward discount pricing.
Minimum order, pricing & bulk
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No — there's no minimum order quantity. We accept orders from just 1 piece, and you can mix sizes freely in a single order.
Do you offer bulk / volume discounts?
Yes. Pricing improves as quantity increases. For a volume quote, email contactus@printello.in with your product, quantity, and design details.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes — we provide a GST invoice for all orders. Just share your GSTIN at checkout or by email.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Absolutely. Send us your requirements and we'll share a detailed quote, usually within 24 hours.
Sizes
What sizes are available?
Most styles are available in XS to 5XL. Check the size guide on each product page for exact garment measurements.
Can I order a mix of sizes in one order?
Yes. Choose how many of each size you need — for example 2 Small, 3 Medium, 5 Large — in a single order.
Delivery, payment & returns
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 3–7 business days, plus shipping of 5–7 business days depending on your location. We currently ship across India.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included on standard orders. For bulk orders, shipping is charged separately based on the quantity, weight, and delivery location — the exact amount is confirmed in your quote before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cards, and net banking. Bulk orders require full upfront payment before production begins.
What is your return / refund policy for custom orders?
Because custom-printed items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons like change of mind or incorrect size chosen. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly on our part, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and we'll make it right. Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes — we keep your approved design on file for 30 days, so reorders within that period are quick. Just reference your previous order number.
Could there be delivery delays?
Delivery may occasionally take longer during festivals, public holidays, high-volume periods, or due to courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.
